What Could Cause Rashes On Glan Penis After Treating Foreskin Fungal Infection?

Dear Dr Mintz, I have developed rash on the glan penis. Before it was under the foreskin only. I applied some anti fungal cream Zole F and also anti microbial powder Neosporin. I guess problem started by the powder, as it might have affected the skin on the glan penis and now it is oozing little pus. I applied quadriderm cream and taking amoxilin, but rather than reducing, it is still growing. Also, I found that the top of foreskin got hardened with rash and dried after applying the quadriderm as if there is some allergic reaction. Could you answer whats happening with me?
