What Could Cause Recurred Dizziness, Cold Sweats Followed By Vomiting With All Tests Being Clear?

my husband has twice gotten dizzy ... broke out in cold sweat and then vomited. First time it happened went to emergency. They did all the test ct scan, all the heart test, blood test so on but nothing. Then a week later he did the exact same thing. After he throws up he feels somewhat better. This time he refused to go to the hospital.

Hi Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The dizzy spells repeated in a short span of time means there must be some organic problem. I doubt the problem to be the infection of the internal ear. Other causes may be hypertension, ischemia of brain, gastritis, etc.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cinnerzine, omeprazole, and domperidone.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts and
protein rich food, to assist the treatment.
Wising for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
