What Could Cause Recurrent Fever, Nail Death In The Thumb Along With Problems Of Itching?

Good morning sir, age 29 years I am not fine always suffering from health problem last 2 years some fever ,skin problem nail is dead on thumb , ringhfinger on one hand only, and eatching problem i have blood test yesterday. report is: My TLC Is 13600 DLC 55 Lymphosites 35 Eosinophil 08 ESR 19 AEC 384 DLC 55 and every thing is normal what i do for this please advise me.

I have gone through your question and reports very diligently and I really appreciate your concern.

TLC are in higher side which might be related to some kind of infection if you can provide me more information like
your age,
Medical history
any treatment you have taken?
if possible upload me a scan copy of all the reports.

In my opinion you can take acetaminophen for fever and multivitamin supplement.
you may require a course of antibiotics under medical supervision.

You should boost your Immunity by taking balanced diet and regular physical exercise.
