What Could Cause Recurrent Nocturnal Vomiting In A Child?

my son, DOB 6-19-06 has woke up early in the am the last two nights vomiting. He show no symptoms and feels fine going to bed and seems fine after this happens. We went through this last year for several nights and thought it went away. I am concerned do to him not waking up immediately when this covered
