What Could Cause Red Lips?

Hey dr.am Tyra,Had HIV test n STD's test n they were all negetive bcs Am getting red lips,thought it was also a result from drinking or smoking which I stopped months back but still my lips can't get bac to ts normal color,,,wat cud be da matter n treatment for this,,

hello thanks for consulting at hcm..main reasons for red lips or cheilitis are eczema, allergies, sun damage,Trauma ,Angi-oedema ,Crohn's disease ,Beesting ,Herpes stomatitis..good news ur tested negative for hiv ad std test,,so plz take a consult with dermatologist,,if problm persists,,hope it helps,,tc
