What Could Cause Severe Itching In The Vaginal Area?

I think I've ringworm in the genital area. First my brother had it then my mom got infected and finally me. I think using his towel is the cause. I'm 17. I'm really facing a lot of problem. It causes a severe itch. My mom has it on vaginal area and even in some parts of her body. This is unbearable. Please help us. Do confirm me the medicines I've to use. It's getting difficult. Please reply as soon as possible.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Tinea corporis a fungal infection. It is better to show your GP or dermatologist to confirm it.For such condition in my patient i treat with anti fungal ointments like clotrimazole or terbinafine for local application and Fluconazole tab orally weekly once to stop recurrence.Change sweaty underwears in time.keep the area dry.Hope this may help you.
