What Could Cause Severe Left Abdominal Pain, Burning Sensation, And Excessive Belching During The Day?

Dear Doctors, I have Severe left side abdomen pain exactly down to bone ribs only during day time and also like needle pain and burning sensation with lot of burping after every meal. i don t have any issue in digestion but only severe burping continuously and sever burning pain only in day time. while sleeping no pain at all. Next day again slowly its start after 9 am till i go to bed, my doctor recommended to take pan 40 for three days twice a day and after that one in morning for next 23 days. I feel good for one week. and again its started after i had outside some food. This happening for last 4 years is there any permanent solution for this what is the next steps do i I need to take can pan 40 for long term to get this stable ? please help me i m not able to focus on anything due to this ? my friends are making panic to see if this could be stomach cancer ? do i need to go for endoscopy ? my weight is 80 to 84 kg all these 4 years and stable. no weight loss or difficult in swallowing food.
