yes im 31 male and right now i woke up with a stiff lower back when lying down so i got out of bed to make coffee and noticed my stomach was tight and ia hard to breath... its very hard for me to breath my back (lower) and my side of my stomach is very stiff

could be Ankylosing spondylitis. Usually males gets affected from this disorder. You have typical symptoms of that.
