What Could Cause Stiff Prepuce And Painful Ruptures After Having Sex In A Diabetic?

Hi I am 41 Years of age, having Diabetes for 6 years now. the blood sugar level is almost controlled at Fasting 110 and PP 155. I have been experiencing stiffening of my prepuce and hair line ruptures after intercourse which is painful. I am maintaining good sexual hygiene but the condition is not improving. kindly advice

Hello.Frequent sexual activity can cause prepuce inflammation ,also diabetes is a risk factor for it. Go to your doctor as soon as possibel.Probably He will prescribe a cream to apply or even drug by mouth.
