What Could Cause Stomach Cramps And Upper Back Pain?
i am taking simvor 20mg for high cholesterol now for 6 months. I am very active play badminton and futsal weekly. Now i am suffering from stomach cramps and upper back pain.
I went to chiropractor and that relieves the pain somehow but came back again.
If the pain is located in the upper right abdomen or upper middle abdomen, gallstones are most probable reason. You may also have nausea and vomiting with this condition. Fatty foods usually trigger the symptoms. Back pain and abdominal pain can be also caused by urinary tract infection or stones. This conditions usually give also frequent urinating and burning while urinating. Other reasons of cramps like bowels obstruction should be also considered.
Please visit your doctor and have some tests. Blood work, abdominal ultrasound and urine analysis should be first. In case of gallstones, surgery might be necessary. Urinary tract infection should be treated with antibiotics, increased liquids intake and cranberries supplementation.
Hope this will help. Regards.
