Also exclude foods that increase
flatulence (eg, beans, onions, celery, carrots, raisins, bananas, apricots, prunes, Brussels sprouts,
wheat germ, pretzels, and bagels), alcohol, and caffeine. Increase physical activity composed of 20 to 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity three to five days per week.
