What Could Cause Stomach Pain?
Hi there. I have been drinking duromine for 4 weeks and suddenly I got a terrible pain on my stomach and it was difficult to breath. Feels like trapped wind but nothing comes out Whent to the dr and he gave me Nexiam 40mg to drink twice a day and last night I got a fever so bad that I couldnt sleep at all! Any advise ?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the sudden onset of fever followed by abdomen pain then it could be infection the first possibility is virus and second would be bacteria or protozoa and third it could be nonspecific colic pain you can try Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen as per needed hope this information helps.
