Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had an endoscopy and everything was ok, but my stomach problems persist. I am taking a pump preventive to reduce my acid content, but still feel uncomfortable. I did have my galbladder removed 18 months ago that may be linked to my problem. I have also given up various foods that aggreviate my condition. The pain is often in the lower adominal area. Any ideas?
HI Well come to HCM Thank for asking hope, it seems to be dyspepsia and as I am writing that dyspepsia may have numbers of symptoms, and it is always being associated with infection and hyperacidity. For the infection of low load of organism it can be given try with Tab Doxycycline 100mg once in day for five days, second Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day. Beside this chances of H Pylori infection should be ruled out, last but not the least it could be IBS. this information helps.
