What Could Cause Sudden Paralysing Pain Down Left Arm, Neck, Chest And Heart Burn, Have Diabetes And Hypertension?
I was walking in the super market and got a sudden paralysing pain down my left arm and my neck on the left side. after an hour at home I got the same attack but this time it was with a pain in the chest like heart burn. I am type 2 diabetic on metformin and high blood pressure on beta blocker, norvasc and inhibace plus.

Some times simple acidity may also present like this. Or it may be simple viral myalgia of the chest.
