What Could Cause Swelling And Tingling Sensation In The Toes And Feet?
My husband s left foot is swollen, toes are swollen & tingly, bottom of foot is tingly also. He says the tarsal area hurts. He has been reclining, feet up, watching tv for a while & called me over to look at his foot. Definitely puffy all over. Should we ice the area? Any immediate concern? He swam at the pool this morning & felt fine.

there this no contraindication for the ice if you use them, and swimming is a good solution as well as exercise as it increases the blood to this areas
