What Could Cause Swollen Red Penis Tip Which Is Hard To Touch Or Could It Be Hsv?
The tip of my penis is swollen and red. A week ago I seen something that looked like a bump and it now has went away and is somewhat hard to touch. It is not painful and there is no burning sensation. I have been tested and all test came back negative, but due to medical neglect my hsv test must be redone. What could it be? Should I be concerned with hsv?

This could be a kind of skin lesion and not the indication of any viral kind of disease unless you have history of exposure, if you do not have such history then just nothing to worry about it, you can try any cream containing steroid, and the best is "Beclomethasone" this will clear the redness and swelling too, take care and have good day.
