Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As pain is in the right upper quadrant in the abdominal region I will advise taking an ultrasound scan of the abdomen to rule out the pathology of the tissues. Post which proper medical advice can be given. Also, a chest x-ray to be looked out for as you mentioned about the lower end of the chest, and the x-ray will reveal if any pathology is present.

Based on the clinical examination and diagnostic report the medical advice will be given.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Jay Indravadan Patel, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
