Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
If this is since one day, you can wait for 3 to 5 days. If it stays like this, it us cervical spondylitis. In this there us pinch nerve in neck due to disc herniation. My advice to get x ray of neck to confirm diagnosis. Treatment is neck traction, avoid high pillow, pregabalin tablet and methylcobal vitamin and avoiding jerky movement.
