What Could Cause Twitching Of Nose,eyelid And All Over The Body?

hi the part of my eye closes to my nose keeps twitching it does this a bit on Mondays I have noticed that I get very bad twitches in my bottom eyelid how do I make it stop also I have twitches all over my body I need relief but I don t know how to get it please help

It is muscle spasm. exact cause is not known. Some of triggering cause are stress, caffeine intake, excessive reading, dry eye allergy this is mainly anxiety related I n some part of world superstitious. So ignore it.
