Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. I understand your problems. You seem to have unruptured follicles initially and now follicles are not developing. It would have helped to know about your menstrual pattern and more detailed history like age and previous pregnancies if any.
There may be many reasons for these but the commonest ones are PCOD leading to non-development of follicles. Low ovarian reserve or exhaustion of follicles also may lead to similar issues. Hormonal imbalances may also cause non-development of follicles.
I suggest that you get a test for ovarian reserve. A laparoscopic biopsy will also help. Get the FSH and LH levels tested. These will help in determining the cause and then formulate further management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
