What Could Cause Upper Back Pain, Gas Accumulation, And The Sensation Under My Right Breast While On Sofolanork Plus?

Hello Drs I am diagnosed with HCV, I feel radiated upper back pain and always feel accumulation of gas especially when i eat acidic substance like raw mangos, lemon, fried food etc and i also feel like some painless layer of something that is right under my right breast, This has now lasted for 6 months. I did more than 3 US scan, my organs are normal, I did LFT 3 weeks ago, all enzymes are ok. Currently , i am on 3 week for medication (SOFOLANORK PLUS 400/90-Harvoni-engypt made). What could be the cause of such feeling, am confused

Take plenty of water. Avoid spicy foods. Avoid drinking hot drinks. Do some physical activity morning and evening. Do not immediately lie down after having food.
