What Could Cause Vomit,nose Bleed?
vomiting, nose bleeds, dizzieness, migraine, high csf pressure, chiari, and psuedo tumor ceribri. Hi I m 34 female, obese. For the last three days I have been vommiting more and at the same time getting horrible nose bleeds that take a 5- 15 min to stop. I m not sure if it is related to current testing on my pv shunt line. I recently withing the last week had a cisteragram (spelled wrong I m sure). test came back okay as of yesterday. I m not sure what to do, or what could be causing it. Any direction would be great.

Welcome to HCM.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you are suffering with vomit,nose bleed. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like infection , trauma , allergic and nonallergic rhinitis , hypertension and use of blood thinning medications. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination. Doctor may order CT scan , MRI and do physical examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with antiemetic drug. Nose bleeding in case of head injury sometimes become a emergency condition if there are symptoms like dizziness , vomiting and neck pain. For now do icing of node and compress it for few minutest to stop bleeding .
