Hello,
Your husband is having
chest pain in the right side, having dizziness, fatigue, bad headache, blackouts, etc. Since your husband is having chest pain, it may be indicative of developing coronary artery disease, CAD, GERD, gastritis, IBS or MI, etc. For relief your husband can take antacids or PPI's, one SOS when required. He should avoid skipping meals, he should not take oily, spicy, packaged, junk food.
He is advised to get clinically examined by a Cardiologist, get
stress test, echo, Lipid function test, CBC, blood glucose (F/PP),
urinalysis (R/E and C.S), repeat ECG, X-ray done to detect any developing heart ailment. He will be treated accordingly with medicines, analgesics, or recommended surgery if needed.
Fatigue can be indicative of heart ailment. Dizziness and blackouts can be indicative of
dehydration, inner ear problem, anemia, poor general health problem, MI or stoke, etc. He should stay away from addictions if any. He should do walking regularly. If
overweight, he should lose weight.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
