The last few days I have random quick but intense chest pain under my right breast. I am a 50 year old male in good shape. It lasts for just a few seconds and then goes away. More frequent when exercising but does not seem to hurt any more or less when breathing heavily. Any clues?
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely. So avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Avoid movements causing pain. Apply warm water pad on affected areas. Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen. You will mostly improve with all these in 2-3 days. If not improving then consult doctor. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
