What Could Chest Pain Post Quitting Smoking Suggest?

I was a smoker for about 12years :( I quit for 5 months now , 2 months after I quit I had chest pains a really really slight coughs so I got scared and went have like 3 chest x-rays and a ct scan and thanks god Im ok, now it's been 5. Months and The chest pains here again I'm scrared :(
