What Could Chest Pain With Breathing Issues Suggest?

Hi, I experience mild chest pain after drinking alcohol. I have only started getting this feeling the past 6 months. I don't drink often and never more than 3 drinks. The last episode was end of last month and it was particularly painful and I couldn't breathe properly and it felt very constricted. But I had drinks last week and I was ok. I just had a sip now and I had a little tight chest feeling again. So it isn't regular. I am 25 years old, non smoker, no history of significant medical problems aside from asthma since birth.
