What Could Chest Pain With Tiredness Suggest?

my daughter is 22 and since yesterday keeps getting a crushing pain in the left side of her chest which last a few seconds, and makes her feel dizzy, but when she went to see a doctor he listened to her chest with a stethescope and told her that there was nothing wrong with her.
She has been feeling tired lately and is looking pale so I am still worried about her

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Left sided crushing type of chest pain with dizziness should be looked for heart diseases first.
So get done ecg and 2d echo.
If both these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes anemia and thyroid diseases can also cause similar symptoms in young patients.
So get done hemoglobin estimation and thyroid function test (TSH, free T3 and T4).
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your daughter. Thanks.
