i feel chest pains, headaches, my blood vessels pumping, tiredness , nausea, sleep talking. what could i be suffering from?

u might be gettin an anxiety disorder...do not panic and relax
an analgesic will relieve u of headache
please get an ECG done and advice u to consult a cardiologist to get relieved of chest pain.
