What Could Chronic Metallic Stench In The Nose Indicate?
Hi Dr.
I often keep smelling like if theres a metal smell inside my nose? some people keep telling me its blood, but I am not bleedng nor do I suffer from nosebleeds. The sensation of the smell it's very uncomfortable and frustrating. Is it something I should get checked out? or be worried about?
This has been happening for over a year now at lease once a month, sometimes more frequent.

The metal smell could be because of a metallic taste.
That could be because of the dental caries or reflux disease.
Reflux disease means the reflux of food from the stomach to the food pipe and because of the acidic reflux the the whole tract of food gets irritated and the taste like metal .
