What Could Circular Bruises On Inner Arms While On Swimming Training Indicate?

Hi I am a former competitive swimmer who has been out a competition for years, I recently began training again and I have noticed small bruises on my inner arms and now I have one on my chest, they are all small and in circular pattern, What could be this be?

I really appreciate your concern, such skin lesion could be due to some fungal infection and this can be managed with anti-fungal local preparation and best drug would be "Miconazole cream" it will be fine soon and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
