What Could Cloudy Urine After Intercourse Along With Sore Throat And Swollen Lips After Oral Sex Indicate?
I had sex with my boyfriend. Two days after I began to have cloudy urine with a smell to the urine and a slight burn at the end of my pee. Shortly after I had oral sex and two days later I had a sore throat along with swollen lips with Lots of tiny bumps that are the same color as my lips. Could this be a std?

Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Praveen G's Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM, Your symptoms following sexual intercourse suggest me that you have contacted some sexually transmitted infection (STI). You may be having chlamydia or gonorrhea or trichomonas infection, but it should be confirmed by physical examination and Lab tests. The soar throat and tiny bumps may be due to irritation of the throat trauma to the oral mucosa respectively. You require expert consultation to identify the cause and give appropriate treatment. Thank you.
