When I eat cake or any other sweets in large quantities, I feel a cold sensation right at the tops of my cheeks, under the eyes about an inch or so. I ve had this all my life and can find no conclusive answers online, some say B12 deficiency but increasing my intake has changed nothing, others say it could be insulin related blood vessel constriction, but it s not all sweets that do this to me, so it seems unlikely. I m a healthy 21 year old male, I work daily and exercise several times a week, my diet is relatively healthy (I cheap out on weekends and get a pizza occasionally) is there any other explanations that I could have overlooked? Thanks - Chris
