What Could Constant Burps With Shiver & Cold Suggest?

My husband has been sunbathing most of the day (this is normal) though today he has been burping lots, feeling sick and now has the shivers. His hands are cold but his body is warm. Is this sun stroke? He hasn't eaten a great deal today, should I make him eat?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that this could be a sun stroke and need to be treated accordingly if he is much dehydrated then correction of this is necessary, otherwise this would come around soon, general nursing care is the only best option, take care and have a nice day.
