What Could Constipation With Lower Abdominal Pain Suggest?

Hi, I m a 30 years old female. I have this burning sensation on my lower right abdomen for a month already. The feeling doesn t change ever since it start and it is bearable so I didn t bother to see a doctor. I have also constipation. What could it be?

Pain in right lower abdomen with constipation can be due to appendicitis or ameobiasis check temprature if it ishigh may be appendicitis tlc dlc if hitreatment treayth suggests appendicitis onultra sound may help
