Thanks for consulting us.
There could be many causes like retained products of conception, side effect of IUCD, some genital tract infection or local cervical pathology. In any case this need proper evaluation. Please fix a Gynecologist appointment as soon as possible & get your self examined or at least have following investigations; pelvic ultrasound, Vaginal swab tests & Pap smear.
