What Could Coughing Due To Cold Be Treated With?

Hi, I have a very bad cold, have lost my voice and extreme coughing. Every time I have a coughing fit I get a funny tingling starting from my left shoulder right to my finger tips. It usually lasts for about 5 seconds or so after coughing fit stops. I have had 2 mini strokes in the past, when I was about 52-53 but nothing since, I am now 55. Just want to know if this is something I need to worry about. I didn t realize I have to pay, I have no insurance and flat broke, so will just keep putting up with it till it goes away.Thank you anyway.

you may try keeping your self warm, cover your neck, do warm saline gargles, and take appropriate antibiotic course, antitussive cough syrups will help in relieving cough. For tingling sensation in arm consult a neurologist.
