What Could Cramps In Lower Abdomen, Bloating And Sticky Vaginal Discharge Post Sex Mean?
Hi I am 21 years old and I was virgin until I had protected sex for the first time on oct 13. It was really painful and I did experience some bleeding after sex. The next morning I woke up with an uncomfortable pain in my stomach which lasted several min. That would keep happening for a couple days until today Oct 19 I feel pain almost like cramping in my lower stomach towards my pelvic area and I feel really bloated my stomach feels a little hard, felt like this all day. And when I go to the bathroom and wipe there is a clear gooey sticky discharge ? What is going on with my body?!

Stomach bloating with cramps with uncomfortable pain in abdomen after having protected sex could be due to gastric upset which might be related to acute gastroenteritis or acute gastritis.
It is unlikely related to your first time sexual intercourse so,there is no need to be worried about it.Clear sticky vaginal discharge could be either rupture of hymen or friction in vaginal wall due to forceful penetration during intercourse.
It will generally subside by itself within 2 or 3 days.
You should be monitored for vitals signs like pulse,blood pressure etc.
Take plenty of water with lemon juice (added salt),coconut water or WHO oral rehydration solution especially if you will experince loose motions and vomiting.
The important thing is to combat cramps and for which you would require antiemetic drugs (mostly oral) with antibiotics (norfloxacin with antiprotozoals like ornidazole preferred) with other water and electrolyte fluids.
So,it would be advisable that you should go to physician for all routine blood investigations and proper treatment.
