What Could Delayed Periods Post Unprotected Sex Indicate?

Hi my friend and her boyfriend made an atempt to have unprotected sex after her fistula operation but the guy didnt ejaculate inside and her date was 18th feb n they tried this on 13/14th march. She didnt hve any medicine or tablet. Since then she hasn t got her periods which was expected on 18th or 20th march and is tensed is there any way we can help her?

As they attempted unprotected sex and though the guy didn't ejaculate inside but there could be a possibility of becoming pregnant otherwise proven bcoz we can't believe on his saying that he didn't ejaculate inside,as there is delay in the periods.so I would like to suggest them that do urine pregnancy test if its negative then get a blood pregnancy test to make sure she is not pregnant...
