What Could Delayed Periods, White Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Pain Indicate?
Hi I m 28 years old I had my tubes tied 5 years ago and I m late on my period almost a month . Not on any birth control at all . My last period was May 15 ended May 22 . I have this white stuff coming out when I pee . My periods are normally like clock work .. And I have been having lower right side pain dull achy sometimes sharp out of no where . Can u please help me ?
The white discharge may be due to a yeast infection, this can be treated by topical or oral medications. Topical creams are available over the counter.
There are different causes of delayed periods such as : (1) pregnancy should be ruled out (2)PCOS- polycystic ovarian syndrome. The presence of cysts in the ovary may be contributing to your pain (3)emotional stress or illness (4)high levels of a hormone called prolactin (5)physical stress or illness (6)abnormal thyroid hormone levels
You may need imaging such as an ultrasound to find out the cause.
I hope this helps
