What Could Dents In Back Upper Region Of Skull With Dizziness Indicate?

My husband has two dents in the back upper region of his skull. One side is deeper than the other. This si something new. I know because I always massage his head and have never felt it before. He has also been complaining about dizziness for several weeks now. He does not remember any incident of hitting his head.

Hello,

The dents on his scull could be related to the normal process of bone re-modeling of the skull bone or a local inflammation. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to this clinical scenario too. Anyway, I recommend performing a brain MRI, and checking his vitamin D plasma levels, just to be sure that nothing serious is going on.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
