What Could Diaphragmatic Humps On Chest X-ray Indicate?

My mother's chest xray reveals a Diaphragmatic hump on the right side. the right costophrenic angle is clear. slight flattening of the left dome results in blunting of the left costophrenic angle. there is unfolding of aorta. Cardiac size is normal.Bones under view do not show reduction in density.
can you please advise what does this mean

1.Diaphragmatic hump is one of the normal variants seen on the x-ray.
2.The humps also seen in presence of sub diaphragmatic pathologies - can be evaluated by ultrasound abdomen.
3.Blunting of the left costophrenic angle is seen in pleural effusion, pleural thickening and infective patch in the lung also can bee seen as a blunting.
4.Unfoulding of the aorta is normal in elderly aged / its age related change. If its seen in younger age group - A CT Chest might be needed.
5.Rest all appears normal. Attention needed only regarding costophrenic angle blunting - if symptomatic a course of antibiotic will help.
