Hi Ben,
Can you please upload a photo of the red rashes and white blotches on cheeks and hands of your child? That can help me assist you further.
It might be related to
skin infection. However, I'd like to have a photo of his throat too to evaluate better his situation.
Having
diarrhea could be related to possible bowel infection:
- parasites
- bacteria
- candida overgrowth (especially if he had a recent course of antibiotic)
I suggest to get a sample of his stool and send to the lab and ask the doctor to do :
- culture of stool (for bacteria, candida)
- examination of stool for ova/parasites
- culture of red rashes and white blotches on his skin
to get him proper treatment.
Meanwhile, I suggest to;
- give him plenty of water with otc
ors to avoid dehydration
- give him tasectan to stop diarrhea
- give him otc probiotics to normalize the intestinal flora
Hope it was of help!
