What Could Discomfort In A Testicle During Orgasm With History Of Cancer Indicate?

I have one testicle due to cancer. The past 3 days I ve noticed my left and only testicle looks and feels higher than normal and have a little discomfort right before and during orgasm. I also poop up to 6 times a day usually more so when I m at work and its usually tiny pieces and funny shaped. Sometimes I have to move in a back bend position. It also takes longer to wipe then it takes to go. I had a small hernia ones above my belly.

I really appreciate your concern, with the hystory malignancy of testes such swelling to testes need to be examined for underlying causes, your other hystory are not related with this if this is the diarrhea then hydration is the matter of concern, else this is nothing to worry, over all stop worrying for this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
