General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having pin point opening of foreskin leading to difficulty in passing urine flow.
Once urine starts falling then he will not have any problem.
consultyour doctor and get examined.
If pin point opening is there, try to open wide gently daily.
After some tine some laxity of opening will be there.
Ok and take care.
