What Could Dizziness While Stretching The Arms Post Having Stroke During Chemo Indicate?

When I raise my arms over my head to stretch them out I get suddenly dizzy/weak my head sort of spins but I do not pass out. I have a lot of medical problems, h/o ovarian ca stage IIIC and recent recurrence, brca1 +, htn, sinus tachycardia, osa, I had a stroke during chemo (no residual deficits) due to upper arm dvt, asd found and corrected in 2013, and after this last round of chemo (ended Nov 2014) i have difficulty keeping my magnesium up, i also have neruopathy (now mild) in my fingers and toes from chemo. But we have worked on all these issues and the above still continues to happen. I am only 47.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern with such diseases such nonspecific symptoms are very likely, you have to be confident, positive, practical, else such nonspecific symptoms would create more panic, try to control your thoughts, low down the stress level, everything would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care.
