Neurologist 's  Response
Hello dear,
Headache with dizziness and presyncopal symptoms in elderly may be a presentation of cervical spondylosis.
other possibilities of primary headache in elderly may be tension type .
Secondary causes of headache has to be evaluated if some pointers are present. Also giant cell arteritis may be a possibility if vision is also involved.
i will advice you to take some pain killer at present and wait for the CT report.
Then you can consult a neurologist.
hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
