What Could Dizziness With Tingling In Head And Fluid Behind The Ear Indicate?
I have severe dizziness every evening accompanied by a strange tingling sensation that starts in head and goes down to both hands. I am 37 and had a stroke in 2010 due to occluded left ICA. I do have a little fluid behind ear but dr doesn t think it s enough to cause problem. This has been going on for six months.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pre-existing condition of some cerebral disease then care need to be taken for this and in my opinion better to get done the MRI test if this is unremarkable then it is nothing to worry then it could be due to some vestibular dysfunction and "Tab Bitahistine 8 mg" three times in day can be tried hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
