What Could Dull Ache In Lower Back With Frequent Urination Post Surgery Indicate?

I had surgery 10 days ago and had a catheter during the surgery. Ever since I feel like I need to urinate very frequently and my stream isn t as strong as it was. I started having a dull ache that comes in my lower back on the right side. My urine looks fairly clear and I hydrate as much as I can. Just concerned about the dull ache in my back.
