Welcome to Health care magic.

Echogenic endometrium in a post menopausal women is seen in presence of any bacterial / fungal infections / inflammatory changes in the endometrium. This can be treated with a course of antibiotic / anti fungal treatment.

Cysts in the ovaries are not dangerous as long as they are simple cysts - in case of simple cyst all you have to do a followup scans, if large in size and causing abdominal discomfort or mass effect on the adjacent organs needs operative procedure.
In case of complex cyst - immediate FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology / BOPSY for definitive diagnosis and treat accordingly.
In your case the description seems like simple cysts - a hormonal treatment will help with a followup scan.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
