What Could Elevated Levels Of Calprotectin Indicate?

been having tests all back normal but calprotection elavated twice 1 which was 113 and other 69 and both should be 51 for my age I.b.s told 15 yrs ago but severe pains constant and passed blood muscus pus regular in pain at moment then bowels worked twice no painkillers or meds work
